Steve Flack

Steve Flack, Principal of Liverpool Academy of Music, co-ordinator of Steve Flack Band and Guitar Heroes, is a man on a mission.

Following the success of Guitar Heroes Volume I, Steve has engaged a host of players for the next phase, Guitar Heroes Volume II.

Players lined up are Phil Manning, Phil Emmanuel, Bob Spencer, Kevin Borich with hot, young players still to be announced.

This follows the interest created by the first album, which highlighted the playing of Ian Moss, Denny Burgess, Pete Wells, Steve King, Chris Bailey, Young Guns Ray Beadle and Adam Pringle with Drummers Mal Green [Split Enz] and the legendary Gordon Ritmeister.

Guitar Heroes is fast becoming the Australian Representative Side for Blues/Rock with Showcases at prestigious Australian venues such as The Basement, Brass Monkey, The Vanguard and The Espy at St Kilda.

Next on Steve’s busy agenda is Tamworth CM Festival with three major performances at The Albert [formerly City Tavern], downtown Peel Street.

This lineup is headed by Special Guest Angry Anderson with hot guitarist Dai Pritchard [Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs], Mick O’Shea and Steve King [both Rose Tattoo].

Steve will also conduct his popular Slide/Dobro [Solo Playing and Arrangement] Workshops at the Musician’s Headquarters during the 2006 Tamworth Country Music Festival.
